I am an experienced sole practitioner registered patent attorney that handles primarily corporate patent and trademark legal work. I am also available to act as an expert witness in related intellectual property litigation matters due to my extensive experience in that field and the remote chance of encountering conflicts of interest. From time to time I teach intellectual property law courses for the University of California at San Diego Extended Studies program.
